I was blown away by this company. I got into an accident and searched all over the Dallas area for a great repair shop, which is where I landed with Hance’s. From the day I got in contact with them, I was taken care of, and I was kept in the loop of everything that was happening with my vehicle. When my insurance company fell short, Hance’s still played their part. Even when I thought my expectations were exceeded, they continued surpassing the bar. I arrived to get my car today, and my car was not only beautifully repaired, but they even washed and cleaned it for me.

I dropped my Tesla here for a paint fix of a small factory paint defect. Shawn fixed it in just 3 days, since I told him I will need it back in 3 days, otherwise I will have to take $50 Uber everyday to work. The car was also washed inside and outside. Nice person and high quality work.
