    Short story is they do amazing work with outstanding customer service!!!I keep my 06 Mercedes E320 CDI in perfect condition so when the bumper,hood,roof and sunroof were damaged my mechanic recommended Hance's. I'm very glad he did. Shawn managed my case and provided outstanding customer service!! He dealt with my insurance co. so all was fixed with no headache for me. Even let me know who to contact if needed when he was out of the office for several days. You will be greeted by Carrie as you enter their office who is personable and very helpful!! Hell even their mascot, Kevin a super chil dog, will happily greet you. The car looks great!! Highly recommend Hance's!!

    Very satisfied with the professionalism and craftsmanship of hance’s collision center. From drop off to pick up was very convenient. Even providing me a ride home at drop off was a very appreciated gesture. Being a preferred shop with statefarm was also a plus being that there’s a incentive to finish in a timely manor. SMS updates were frequent and a great addition to the customer service. There was never a time that I was left in the dark. Within five days my vehicle was ready and in pristine condition. Will definitely bring all my vehicles requiring body work in the future only to hance’s.

    I just moved from Florida to Texas and I had a tire blow out on the way here. I had to find a place so I looked for the places with the best reviews. Hance’s has earned all those glowing reviews. They were extremely helpful and did the repair extremely fast. If I ever need auto body work done then I will definitely go back here, and I will recommend them to anyone in need

    Finished work was best I ever had from a body shop. Paint job is always of high importance and they're able to replicate factory paint. Too many times you see a car one panel is shiny the next one is shiny the next one is murky and clearly poorly painted. I referred someone to take their pickup there today after Amazon driver backed into it.

    I was recently involved in an accident in my 2019 XT4 Cadillac and chose Hance’s Uptown Collision to do the repairs.There was extensive damage and they did a beautiful job. They even came, picked up the car and delivered it to me when finished. It looked like it did when I drove it off the lot brand new.     Cabo is back, and he’s as good as new! Several weeks ago, I shared with y’all how my sweet friend of Alliance Dent Repair, April Joyner Kinsey gave me a referral after I was treated pretty poorly at a large collision repair in Plano.She sent me to Kirby and crew at Hance's Uptown Collision Center. From “hello” this was the best experience ever. They are kind, thorough and professional. Carrie at the front desk is an absolute Wonder Woman. They got the work done quickly and made my brand new vehicle just like new. Estimate from the icky collision place? $1800+.     I have used this body shop twice (second time because they did such great work with the first time) and I have recommended it to local friends to use as well. Staff is extremely helpful and knows the industry. The best thing is they do not work for the insurance companies, they work for their customers best interests. Highly recommended. Alton took time out of his holiday vacation (new years) to work with us on our unique situation. He went above and beyond to get us our car back on a day they were closed. You wont get that kind of service from a chain body shop. A++

    I understand these aren't the best photos of details with the work done and there is no photo of what my car looked like before, but, just look at the quality and how beautiful my car looks now! Before I received my car on Thursday, it had been a mess in the front with the bumper and more because of a crash and our insurance had claimed total loss on it. However! Huy and I had a fighting spirit and wanted to save our patient (the car). After many searches for places to get my car fixed, I had a very good feeling about this shop and with my first impression with Kirby :). He's an amazing guy and was straight to the point while explaining everything he would do with the car. Honestly, I could trust him and invest in getting the job done here with all my savings. He gave me confidence in their work! Well, when things were set, they always kept me posted with how my car was doing and I appreciated it a ton!Anywho, I am really happy with how my car is, I love it and I would recommend for anyone to get their car fixed up here!     I had an accident in my 2020 Honda Civic., and I needed someone to fix it .So I search through Google and I came across Hance's Uptown Collison. They had real high reviews, and real good testimonials. So I said I'll try them and I tell you they did not disappoint.     I was a little nervous to use go to Hance's because I mistakenly thought the location would be the prices would match the neighborhood. Not the case! They have a menu of prices for transparency. They fixed my bumper very fast as a walk-in. A chore I had been dreading for months ended up being a very pleasant experience as I was able to walk to Knox-Henderson and window shop and have a drink and walk back to get my car when it was ready. Great experience.

    I was blown away by this company. I got into an accident and searched all over the Dallas area for a great repair shop, which is where I landed with Hance’s. From the day I got in contact with them, I was taken care of, and I was kept in the loop of everything that was happening with my vehicle. When my insurance company fell short, Hance’s still played their part. Even when I thought my expectations were exceeded, they continued surpassing the bar. I arrived to get my car today, and my car was not only beautifully repaired, but they even washed and cleaned it for me. Kirby is the absolute sweetest ever and I cannot thank him enough for everything. Carrie took absolutely amazing care of me from day one. Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.     I try to keep my 2015 Infiniti Q40 in showroom condition so I brought it to Hance's for repair after a parking lot hit and run. It is obvious they are car people and want to do a first rate job. I was very happy with the work they did and will be back. Great results are the main thing, but the fact that they are courteous and delivered on time was a plus.

    I went to Hance's to fix a rear bumper after a minor collision. I had to work with the other person's insurance which is usually a hassle, but Carrie at Hance's took all correspondence off of my hands and made it seamless. I was able to get the car in the day after I stopped by for a quote which is unheard of at the larger body shops. They did take 24 days to fix the bumper but most of that was due to having to order a new one and deal with a slow responding insurance agent on the other side. Carrie updated me frequently throughout the process and was great to deal with. The new bumper came out looking awesome, and it comes with a lifetime warranty on the paint job. All in all, I would highly recommend going to Hance's for any work done. They are also a local business so supporting them feels great! Thanks Carrie and team!

    Awesome experience at Hance’s. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable as well!Came in to get my mirror cap painted, and color match was spot on. They let me drop off both mirror caps so one could be used as a reference and I was able to keep my car as I waited. Turnaround was about 3 days, but would have been less as they were waiting on a replacement for the paint sprayer on the day I dropped off.Will be coming back if I ever need body work on my car 🙂

    I have never ever had service like this at a body shop!!! John took great care of me and popped my bumper in and fixed it and got rid of my scratches like it never even happened. I was quoted thousands for this but it was not true after seeing Hance's. Will not be going anywhere else from now on!!!!!

    This is the second time I have used Hance’s for bodywork on my car. The first time was with insurance and they were phenomenal! They kept me in communication at all times throughout the entire process. The second time I had damage that I wanted to pay cash for and the estimate was fair and the ordering of the parts was quick. They gave me the amount of time it was going to take to repair my car and they came in under that timeframe. As a matter fact they went the extra mile to try to prevent me from paying an extra day for a rental car. The quality of work is excellent and their communication is spot on. They really care about their customers and it truly shows. I could specifically say that John is very good at his job and I apologize for not remembering the receptionist name but both of my encounters with her truly set the tone of what I could expect and what I received. I highly recommend this business for any of their services!

    Huge hats off to Hance's. We had hail damage all over our 4Runner. They were great to work with, worked seamlessly with our insurance, communicated clearly and often, and delivered out car back better than before we had the damage. Carrie was a dream to work with too. So friendly, helpful, & communicative. We will definitely go back if we ever need help. Prayers that we don't though.

    My car was hit and needed two doors fully replaced - I had never gone through the process of insurance and repairs before, and Hance took care of it all!     Owner Rob and his staff, John were the best! I came in last week for a door ding estimate and they got me an on-the spot estimate and were even able to fix it same day with in a few hours.     My Christmas present came super early for me this year. My BMW had a pretty bad scratch on the bumper. I requested repair quotes online from several Bodyshop. I received quotes as high as $950. I decided to take my car to Hance’s Uptown Collision. I’m not exaggerating; they fixed my car in less than 5 minutes. I was amazed; I opened my mouth wide in amazement. I couldn’t believe they fixed the scratches in less than 5 minutes. To make this experience even more impressive for me, they did not charge me a dime. Most body shop knowing this is a job that won’t take time would still have told me to leave the car and come back in 6 hours to make it look as if they worked on it for several hours. Some might even claim they changed the bumper; not this guys, I respect their honesty and transparency. Guys, if you need a trustworthy body shop, look no more.John and Carrie, you guys are superstars in my book.

    We are frequent flyers with Hance. Rob and his team have worked on several of our vehicles. I have never had any questions on any of the work. They have done simple hand refinishing to complete rebuilds of a total loss vehicle. The work is always perfect and surprisingly fast.

    I previously brought my Jeep to Hance’s Uptown Collision for paint work a few yrs back and they did an outstanding job, so I had my insurance also bring my StingerGT to Hance’s after damaging the front nose & passenger fender hitting a patch of ice and going head on into a gate the week Dallas was hit with a snow storm. I worked with Rob & John on the repairs and Michelle was the customer service rep who kept me up to date and relayed messages to the team for me. Upon taking delivery of the Stinger once the repairs were finished, I noticed immediately that it looks better than before the damage even occurred. The paint matched 100% to the adjacent fenders and the fit & finish of the bumper and fender is dead spot on. They even went above and beyond and put gas in the tank for me. Thank you Rob, once again for the superb workmanship of your team and outstanding commitment to excellent work. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Hance’s over any other body shop in DFW!

    Hance's did an outstanding job repairing a challenging dent on my Audi RS7. The dent was at a point where several different angles and edges meet on an aluminum door. They obviously have some very skilled and experienced people. Customer service was top notch and I appreciated the regular updates. I definitely recommend Hance's.

    I walked in for an estimate on damage to the wheel well/fender of my Tacoma and was provided a fair and reasonable estimate for PDR work right away. The next day, I dropped my truck off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. The PDR Technician did the best he could but because of the way my truck was damaged, he said it was too difficult to get the contour perfectly shaped, so they knocked 2/3 off the price of my estimate. I would say they fixed the damage 95% of perfect and certainly as well as I could have expected (see for yourself, before and after pics attached). The estimate was already fair to begin so they did not have to knock 2/3 off the price, but they did, so I received excellent service for much less than I expected. I'll be going back and recommending them to everyone I know. This is a quality, local shop that puts their customers first. Give them your business.

    Alright so this review went back and forth and was even almost a 3 at one point. First impression, 5 stars. Service, facility, and employee attitude are all off the charts. A large branch had fell on my new(to me) C6 corvette and I was as sad as you would imagine. I just dropped a large check for the car so I wasnt excited about following up with a deductable. Kirby did a great job explaining my options.So here's where thing went south. A rear windshield ended up taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Now thats not Hance's fault, but you do have to hold businesses responsible for their vendor choice sometimes. However, I'm no pretty patient and Kirby was doing a great job of following up daily until this one Friday.Now I had a contact at this particular vendor and called to ask what was the hold up. He informed me that they had been and installed the glass earlier that day. Well Kirby set the bar high and I was shocked I hadn't got a call. So I called and got nothing at all locations. I got a little concerned as I really wanted my car that weekend and decided to stop by.... Turns out they had closed early for the holiday. I was pretty upset all weekend and was ready to see what bs excuse would be made for why I didnt receive my car and people left early. I didnt leave a voicemail or even want them that I was aware so I could see what they said. So Monday morning before I can even storm my way over there, Kirby on his own, left a sincere and apologetic email about not calling Friday, letting me know that they delivered the glass early that afternoon. No cover-up, full responsibility, and sounded really frustrated about it. You just dont see a lot of that, especially from repair shops. I had a great weekend without the car and when I got her back she was great. I appreciate the integrity and pride the folks here have and really cant imagine myself allowing less from a competitor. Great job from great people!

    After getting hit by a traffic cone (no really..it fell off of this truck directly in front of me and went straight into the lower grill of my car), i took it to Hance’s and they took care of me right away!     The biggest shout out to Hance's, especially Michelle & Mike. I can't thank for recommend them enough. We accidentally ran over a green spray paint can (yes, the neon green type) and it exploded all over the back of our black 4Runner. I quickly called Hance's and they said to bring it in. Michelle and Mike quickly sprung into action and lent a hand (and some supplies) to help remove the paint before the sun baked it on there. They were so generous with their time and expertise. It saved us big time. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and selfless. Many many many THANKS!!!!

    No one likes to have to use a collision center, but when you do, you want to make sure you leave your car with a firm you can trust to get the job done correctly. That is how I feel about Hance's - and now I am happy they have been able to open a Plano location - closer to where I live.I have had three of my vehicles repaired at separate times at Hance's. The reason I go back to them is because they handle all the loose ends, they treat me like my business truly matters - as opposed to simply being "another repair", and also put a high value on regular communication with the customer - which in my experience, has included discussions of "best value" to repair my older vehicles - as opposed to performing rep[airs that could potentially cost more than the cost of the vehicle value.If you have ever been to Hance's Dallas location, you may notice that cars are all over the place - packed tightly in that small space in Highland Park.That is proof that they are an established business with a good reputation as folks clearly use them on a regular basis. With the opening of the Plano site, those of us living up here get to receive that same level of car for our car collision needs without having to fight the masses to get to downtown Dallas.Give them a chance for your repair.     Where to even start when you are so thrilled with the service you've received. Amy, thank you... we had planned on hitting multiple places for estimates and my anxiety went away the moment you started speaking with me.Drew then came into the lobby and you guys asked if I took the check and I said "no.' Drew shared his wisdom on dealing with insurance companies and you Amy, took a tour.of the damage of our CX--5. You saw things I did not see, nor did progressive even catch. All the way down to the damage of the tires I never noticed.We went from an approximate estimate check from progressive of $3800 to almost, if not more than $10k in damage.Drew, thank you for telling me where to spend the money and where I could save, (even got money back into my pocket.) I truly appreciate your hard work along with the team that made our SUV back to where it was supposed to be prior to the accident(s.)Amy, thank you for always keeping us informed.     Hance’s did an exceptional job repairing my car and restoring it back to looking brand new. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and kept in touch by email to let me know how things were going. When I called with a question, they knew exactly what phase of repairs my car was in and were able to tell me exactly what work was left and when I could expect to pick it up. They also finished much earlier than the original estimate so that was great. They’re the best!

    Excellent auto body shop that I highly recommend.I had to have the grille and bumper completely replaced on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. I brought my car in on a Monday morning and they had it done by Thursday afternoon. The fast turnaround was already appreciated, but even more so given that this was the week before Christmas.The price I paid for the work was very fair. The work itself was fantastic. The front office staff was very friendly and professional. They provided status updates throughout the repair process, which was a nice extra.Overall, I'm very pleased. If I have to have auto body work done in the future, I will be taking my car back to these folks without hesitation.

    I was in an unusual and complicated situation with my car, and extremely upset after my hood flew open and smashed my windshield on 75.     So impressed by this business and its owner. I called in with an urgent problem - the bottom part of my bumper had just fallen-off and was dragging on the ground. When I got to the store, the owner jumped out from behind the desk, spent 15-20 minutes under my car fixing the problem with his powertools, and then sent me on my way. I tried to pay him but he refused, just said if I needed further work to give him a call. Hard to imagine a more friendly and helpful businessman. I will definitley go here next time I need auto body work. Many thanks for your help, really appreciate it.

    I recently had some work done on a bumper scratch & they were outstanding. They were very friendly, came out & gave an honest assessment of what I was looking at, my options, the amount it would be & a timeline to do the repair/repaint. They said it would be 2 days (which was amazingly fast) & it was 2 days. They did an outstanding job & the result I was very happy with. Overall a very positive experience. I would use them again & highly recommend them.

    This was my first experience with Hance's Uptown Collision Center and it was a great one. Rob, Lauren and Drew were all so wonderful to work with, so efficient, so patient, so calm and so professional. The work they did on my car was perfect and done within the time and dollar estimate they gave me. They even sent emails with a chart showing the progress of my repair and when my car would be ready. I highly recommend Hance!

    The team at Hance's were incredible and fulfilled every promise made. More importantly, my BMW presented some complex electrical challenges that took a bit more time than expected. But, Rob made certain that I was in no way inconvenienced by arranging for a rental -- at their expense -- completely unexpected, but totally appreciated. While their pricing may be a bit higher than other competitors, their commitment to meeting their customers' expectations and ensuring that I was completely satisfied more than justified their pricing. Their expertise, attention to detail and perfectionism is extraordinary. Don't for a second question going with these guys over other shops. Hance's deliver everything they promise and are completely honest and transparent throughout the entire repair process.

    Great communication and work! Done quick and quality is guaranteed. Lauren in the office is a sweetheart. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. A rarity from what I've experienced in the past. Was done on time with no stories. Just excellent results.

    Take your car here to be repaired. Hance's found over $1500 more in hidden damage that the insurance company wasn't going to repair. Communication was great- calls, texts and emails to keep me updated. They did all of the paperwork to get the insurance company to pay for the extra damages. The work looks great. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service and work. The work came in under budget and ahead of schedule. When was the last time you heard that about body work on your car? I could not be happier with the work. If you have hail damage, door dings or major body damage- go see Rob and his team.

    There was nothing fun about crunching the fender on my new car, but the nice people at Hance's made the process painless enough that it almost seems like it never happened. The quality of work is excellent, and they truly seem to focus on what's best for the customer. I hope I never need them again, but if I do they will be the first place I call.

    Very good workmanship and responsive service. Owner Rob is a car collector and his passion is evident in how they have their customers' best interests in mind when making repair recomendations. On several occasions Rob actually disuaded me from doing unnecessary work on my cars.

    Honest and straightforward car repair.Rob and Lauren came through on every promise they made: timewise, cost wise and customer service wise.     This is by far the best auto body shop I've ever been to. They do great work, have really reasonable prices and are so understanding and accommodating.The employees are kind and genuinely want to help, even if it means less money for them.Would recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy mechanic!

    I have had several occasions in my life to use a collision center but I have never encountered a more professional, caring group of people. This group of professionals went above and beyond anything I expected. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will use no one else in the furture.     I work at a body shop in Aurora Colorado and we recently had a vehicle that we repaired and the owner lives in Dallas. They picked up their vehicle and drove it straight home to Dallas. Once they got into Dallas, the vehicle broke down and was leaking fluid. We had to find a shop that would allow us to tow it in and help us by looking into the issue.Hance's was the first and only shop I called. I explained the situation to Lauren and she told Rob about everything. Both of them were outstanding to us.     I went in without an appointment and the adjuster met me expeditiously and gave me an excellent estimate. They didn't of the car and get the repairs done in about three working days. The work is excellent and come exactly as promised. What an amazing repair experience!

    I had a very unfortunate hit & run experience that required Hance's Uptown Collision Center's services. Coming from out of town, I wasn't sure where to go to get my car fixed so I took a shot in the dark based on Hance's proximity to my apartment. I could NOT have been happier with my services. Everyone was unbelievably kind and professional when I brought my car in for an estimate, which was completed in 20 minutes. They took less than a week (during a busy holiday season) to get parts ordered and everything repaired on my car. They provided status updates via email along the way (parts have been ordered, parts have been shipped, parts have arrived and are being painted, etc.). They handled the actual repair in under two hours, AND I was so pleasantly surprised to see that they'd washed my car and vacuumed the interior on top of the repair. I will be recommending Hance's to everyone I know.

    I've had my car repaired a number of times here over the last 10 years and they consistently do a great job. I live 30 miles away so it's not the most convenient location but I keep coming back because I know that they are an ethical business that I can trust completely.

    Hance's Uptown Collision Center, or body shop, is hands-down the best, most customer-oriented shop I have ever come across.The owner is very honest and extremely ethical about both his working standards and the standards that an individual should receive to have a safe, proper mechanical and body repair.I had a couple of insurance issues that I was not aware of and that an adjuster failed to mention would not be covered. I came into Hance's office to overhear the shop standing up on my behalf to get repairs and body work made properly in what seemed like a very intense argument. Hance's felt it was not my fault to pay extra for a technicality and kindly chose to not dispute the extra costs they endured to get my car back into proper working order.Summary: this shop is extremely clean, responsible, very communicative, and an industry gem in the sense that they are very passionate about customer advocacy. If you are not sure of where to take your car, please consider Hance's. They have your best interest in mind.

    I had a wonderful experience. My car was unfortunately backed into in a parking garage and the person responsible left the seen with no note or anything. I had a dent in my drivers side door. I went to another garage first for an estimate and they immediately told me it would be 1300$ without exploring any other options which led me here. I popped in for an estimate and was given the option of trying to bang out the dent first for $300 before going in and replacing the door. I was able to make an appointment and my car was only there for a few hours and the result is amazing. They were able to bang it out and the door looks incredible with no leftover scratch or dent. Hopefully I never have an experience like this again but if I do I know exactly where to go. Thank you so much!
